(curves W.) on Buckeye Furnace Rd. (CR26 - changes to CR58) 4.3 miles, S. on Buckeye Park Rd. 0.8 miles to the bridge.

1 span 59' or 18m, built in 1872 by the Smith Bridge Co. of Toledo, Ohio, restored in 1936, and in 2000, moved in n2011
