About 12 miles north-east of I-69 exit 116 north of Fort-Wayne on East-Dupont Road, Purple Heart Memorial Hwy, also called Leo Road, IN1 past Cedarville and Hursh to Spencerville then right on Mill Street to the bridge as you exit Spencerville.

Built in 1873 by John A. McKay, with the design of the Smith Variant 4 of the Smith Bridge Company of Toledo, Ohio, fully restored in 1981.
